Healthy Greetings to you! I'm Rosie. Plant-Based Wellness Chef & Holistic Health Nutritionist. I'm so excited you're here! I hope you find this site inspirational and full of practical tips and recipes you can use to achieve a healthy lifestyle! My focus is on raw food nutrition and natural pure living. I've followed a plant-based diet and natural living lifestyle for 33 years now. I love showing others how easy it is to make healthy plant-based meals, fresh juices, wholesome smoothies and so much more! I also conduct special classes on how to attain Natural Beauty from the inside out. Growing up I often didn't feel so good. I remember feeling sick and nauseous a lot. So, I began to research foods and the chemistry of the body. It was then (around 11 yrs. of age) that I decided it was best for me to eliminate meat from my diet. Through the years I continued to refine my diet and eliminate all processed foods and dairy based foods. I focused on putting the most wholesome natural foods into my body as possible and for the past 8 years I have been eating a high raw diet of uncooked plants and veggies in their natural healthy living vibrant state. Through the years previous to the past 8, I have had my ups and downs and suffered from Epstein Barr, Fibromyalgia and Gall Bladder issues and at one point gained way too many extra pounds! (See my before and after below.) But when I decided to focus on my health again and regain my youthfulness and beauty I did it naturally through incorporating whole plant-based foods that were in their natural organic state and I ate mostly all raw foods. I made a lot of hydrating freshly made juice of fruits and veggies to enjoy daily. These juices flushed my system clean and hydrated my cells and skin. I feel like I have a healthy glow now. Like I always say, clean on the inside = beauty on the outside. It's all about putting high quality organic nutrient dense foods into our bodies and getting rid of the toxins/waste from our bodies daily.
