Below are some FREE recipes to get you started! Please use only organic ingredients. You are cleansing chemicals and toxins out of your system so it defeats the purpose if you are putting more chemicals in by using non-organic produce. Choose organic, your body will thank you.

Super Green Oxygenator Juice
The Super Green Oxygenator Juice Recipe: 4 Celery Stalks 2 Limes (juice with peel on if organic produce) 2 Lemons (juice with peel on if organic produce) 2 Bunches of Cilantro 2 Pineapples 4 Green Apples (I recommend organic produce)
Instructions: To prepare all produce wash it well. Cut each stalk of celery into 4 sections. Cut the lemon and lime into halves. Cut the cilantro into pieces ( I use my kitchen scissors to section it). Peel the pineapple and cut into 2” cubes. Cut the 4 green apples into quarters and peel if non-organic and if wax is present.
Put everything through a juicer. If you are using a Nama J2 Juicer like mine, then you'll want to add your produce into the hopper in this order from the bottom up: Celery, apple, cilantro, lemon, lime and pineapple. Load a layer of each into the hopper and repeat until everything is juiced.
Suggestions: Serve into beautiful glasses and use a bamboo or glass straw to enjoy. Have fresh flowers around to enjoy!
Yield- Approximately 96 ounces of Juice
Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients: (to put into your blender) - 2 Bananas (1 Frozen & 1 Fresh) - 1 & 1/2 Cups Frozen Berry Mix - 1 Tbs. Vanilla Raw Fit (or just 1 Tsp. to 1/2 Tbs. of Vanilla Bean Powder) - 1 Tsp. Coconut Oil (optional) - 2 Dates (pitted) -1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (add more if you want a thinner consistency) - 1/2 Cup Coconut Water (add more if you want a thinner consistency)
Now blend it into a smoothie and pour into a bowl.
Ingredients: (to sprinkle on top) - 1 Tsp. Raw Cacao Powder - 1 Tsp. Maca Powder - 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes - 1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs
That's it, grab a soon and enjoy.

Power Packed Smoothie
This smoothie is delicious, light and full of nutrients to give your body what it needs to function optimally and heal itself as needed! Here is how I make mine!
Ingredients: (to put into your blender) - 2 Apples - 5 Fresh Strawberries - 5 Chunks of Freshly Cut Pineapples - 6 Frozen Strawberries - 6 Pieces of Frozen Pineapples - 1 Stick of Celery - 1 Kale Leaf - 1 Big Bunch of Spinach - 2 Pitted Dates - 1 Tbs. Super Greens Powder - 1 Tsp. Vanilla Bean - 1/2 Tbs. Flax Seed Powder - 1 Tsp. Chia Seeds - 1 Tsp. Probiotics
Now add water until your blender is about 1/4 full. You may need to add more if you blender is having trouble breaking everything down.
Tip: You can place a jar of this into the freezer for a few hours and it will turn to a slushy like consistency to enjoy later!

Strawberry Pineapple Mint Lemonade
Here is how I made this delicious refreshing summer time drink!
Ingredients: (to put into your blender) - 2 Fresh Squeezed Lemons (You may want to start with 1 then add the 2nd only if needed.) - 5 Medium to Large Fresh Strawberries - 3 Large Frozen Strawberries - 1 Cup of Frozen Pineapples - A few Mint Leaves - 1/2 tbs. of Raw Honey or Monk Fruit Powder - 1/2 to 1 cup of Coconut Water (Start with less and add more as you go if needed.) Now blend it up and serve!
Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients: (to put into your blender) - 1/4 of a Watermelon cut into chunks - 1 Cup of Fresh Strawberries - 1/2 Cup of Frozen Strawberries - 3 pitted dates Blend, pour and enjoy!
Super Nutritious Juice Fuel
Ingredients: (to put through your juicer) - 1 Beet - 4 Carrots (I used 2 orange, 1 yellow and 1 purple carrot. But any single color or color combo will do.) - 1 Bunch of Parsley - 1/2" Piece of Ginger Root - 2 Apples, 1 small Orange - 6 Sticks of Celery - 1/2 Cucumber - 1 Lemon

Fruity Power - 1 Honey Dew (Peeled and cut) - 3 Green Apples - ¼ Pineapple - 2 Cucumbers

Plant-Based Mac-N-Cheese
Dairy free, gluten free and soy free! I have made this recipe super easy. I experimented quite a bit and really simplified it down and it taste so good!
Ingredients: (for noodles) - Gluten Free Brown Rice or Quinoa Noodles
Boil your gluten free brown rice or quinoa noodles until al dente. Then strain out the liquid.
Ingredients: (to cut up and boil) - 2 Golden Yellow Potatoes - 2 Medium Carrots
Steam until a little soft but not squishy and place into a blending with the following. Ingredients: (to blend in with the steamed veggies) - 1/2 of a Lemon Squeezed for Juice - 1/2 Cup of Nutritional Yeast - 1/8 Tsp. of Celtic Sea Salt - 2 Tbs. of Bragg Liquid Aminos - 1 Tbs. of Onion Powder - A Splash of Almond or Coconut Milk (Just enough to get it to blend to a creamy consistency.)
Now pour this over your noodles and mix it in. That's all, enjoy!
